Boomer (Sharon in general) is my favorite character from Battlestar Galactica, so it was only a matter of time before I wrote my Boomer entry. XD Anyway, I've already seen the series finale and I've spoiled myself so I know pretty much everything that happens but I'd like to focus on the recent episodes I jsut watched. The season 1 finale and the first couple of episodes of Season 2. And first: HOLY FRAKKIN CRAP Boomer is so the most tragic character in this series. Seriously, she's the butt monkey on this show.

-- I was especially saddened in the first episode of Season 2 when Boomer had no idea what was going on right after she shot Adama. That was just sad. VERY VERY sad. I really hate seeing my favorite characters freak out like that. I get very attached to my favorite characters, so if one of them starts having nervous breakdowns, then I gotta start crying. Don't make fun of me. I'm an emotional child

-- I frakkin hate Cally. I knew she was gonna shoot Boomer, but I was still freaking out. And yeah, she'll be downloaded into a new body--yadda yadda. I don't care. It was still sad when it happened. And then when Boomer was being dragged through the hallway right before that: OMG i was about to start bawling. When everyone was yelling at her and calling her traitor. UGH that was sad. I mean come on people!!! She was you guys' friend!! A comrade!! You loved her!! And then suddenly she's a machine and has no feelings!!?? That is JUST PLAIN RUDE. RUDE, I say...

Okay, I'm done. I needed to get that out. I was very frustrated. Oh, and I love STarbuck too but don't treat Boomer like that... I don't tolerate any form of discrimination even if they're not human. XD Seriously, I don't like hearing that someone doesn't have feelings when they so obviously DO! ERGH. lol And she was their friend! I honestly do not understand how people's feelings about a friend can change so suddenly like that. It's sad and makes me cry... lol And I've been watching Boomer music videos on Youtube and it makes me sadder. XD Okay, I'm serious this time, I'm done. lol
